Purpose:
As field soldiers of the Convention, recruit new churches at the grass root level.

Projects:
Street ministry, at the annual session, in the cities where the Convention meets.

Late Night Preaching Service, which begins 1/2 hour after close of the
Convention's evening sessions.

Goals:
Prepare a printed manual dealing with recruiting efforts and involve all new pastors on the local level.
